Use the product template for canonical catalog onboarding and the inventory update template for timestamped supplier quantity evidence. All currently listed products are in stock; the inventory feed will add exact quantities and freshness timestamps.

Captures supplier SKU or product ID, stock state, quantity, MOQ, lead time, ship-from location, UTC freshness, and source evidence. Submission does not publish inventory.
Until a reviewed feed is connected, FieldFit continues to say “request current price, exact quantity, and dispatch timing.”
